Facing Schaff is "Grizzly" Kal Jak! A former NXt standout, Kal Jack was also the Pac 10 Champion in Wrestling in the heavyweight division as well as an All-American at Oregon State. He makes his return to Oregon to compete in this state professionally for the very first time! Will Schaff prove that he's truly the "Bull Of The Woods" in DOA as well as the self-professed "Baddest M'Fer", or will the "Grizzly" cut him down to size and become the newly crowned King of Northwest wrestling? BIG UGLY VS MIKE SANTIAGO Big Ugly battles Mike Santiago as both strive to reach the top of the ladder of contention for the DOA Grand Championship! However, there are more than title aspirations at stake here, as Ugly is out for revenge! Santiago broke Ugly's elbow with a vicious sliding kick at DOA "Gunned Down" in August 2014, and for years Ugly has waited for the perfect opportunity to get even! Santiago considers himself the "King Of Burning Bridges" but unfortunately for his opponents, he usually can back up his brazen words with merciless action! Will he also prove himself apt at destroying Ugly's dreams of being the top contender in DOA, or will Ugly show that anyone who doubts him "must be....stoopid"?!! Find out on November 18!

THE KONAMI CODE (CJ EDWARDS & JULIAN WHYT) VS NO LIVES MATTER (DREXL & DR KLIEVER) The Konami Code (C.J. Edwards & Julian Whyt) reunite after competing against each other in the Pure Title tournament to defend their DOA Tag Team Titles against the dastardly No Lives Matter (Dr. Kliever & Derek Drexl) at DOA Burning Bridges on November 18! Throughout the year, The Konami Code have established themselves as the best tag team in DOA while No Lives Matter have ended several rivalries and careers with their trademark...unrepentant violence! Can The Code demonstrate once again why they are the hottest team in DOA, or will Drexl & Doc prove that nothing is hotter than the hell they bring to the ring?! 
DOA PURE CHAMPIONSHIP
SONICO VS JOHNNY PARADISE After years of coming close but ultimately failing, it was finally "Paradise Found" for Johnny Paradise...he'd defeated Ethan HD and won the vacant DOA Pure Wrestling Title in the tournament final at "Pure Determination". However, after months of waiting and watching, Sonico, who'd been defeated by Ethan in the opening round, took advantage of Paradise's fatigue, cashing in his "Ultimate Shot" contract, and destroying all of the new champ's hopes and dreams with a low blow from behind and a quick pinfall to snatch the championship out of Paradise's grasp. Naturally, the DOA Board Of Directors granted Paradise his rematch at the title, and at "Burning Bridges", Paradise has sworn that he'll finally leave the building that night as Pure Wrestling Champion, while Sonico is determined to prove that his win was simply a matter of his taking advantage of circumstances and that his reign is a legitimate one. Who will prove to be the undisputed King of the Pure Division come November 18?

HBQ QUIZ VS ANTHONY JANNAZZO Quiz returns to action at DOA "Burning Bridges" after a memorable stint at the commentary table at "Pure Determination" taking on the leader of The Breakfast Club and one of half of The Slambinos tag team on WGN's Ring Warriors, self-professed donut connoisseur Anthony Jannazzo! Jannazzo is out to establish himself as a contender in DOA Pro Wrestling, while multi-time former champion Quiz is determined to assure his spot as #1 contender to the DOA Grand Championship that he lost at DOA "X" and that Season 10, Episode 3 will be Jannazzo's last!

THE SONS OF UGLY (BRONSON BISHOP & TITUS ALEXANDER) VS THE BLANCHARD BROTHERS (JEREMY & BUBBA W/MISTER OOHLALA) In one of the biggest surprises at DOA "X", The Blanchard Brothers (Jeremy & Bubba) returned to action in a DOA ring after a 3 & 1/2 year sabbatical, joined by their life coach and purveyor of the "F.I.F.I. Philosophy", Mister Ooh-La-La! The Blanchards reenter the tag ranks at DOA "Burning Bridges", looking to rise up the contender ladder and gain a shot at the coveted DOA Tag Team Titles, but the challenge that awaits them is not mere business...it's personal! Jeremy & Bubba take on their nephews of sorts as they do battle with the "Sons Of Ugly", Bronson Bishop and Titus Alexander! The Uglys grew up watching and idolizing their father's best friends in the wrestling business, hoping to model their careers as a brother tag team in their mold. The Blanchards look to teach these young 'uns that if they want to wade out from the kiddie pool they'll have to learn to swim with the sharks! Will The Blanchards prove that they have a few more tricks up their sleeves, or will The Sons Of Ugly establish themselves as a team to contend with in DOA? Find out on November 18!

Rebel Kel, who has trained with both Buddy Wayne & Booker T, is the fastest rising female talent in the Pacific Northwest and will take on anyone, man or woman, to prove that she can hang with the best!

I find it funny when my friend keeps saying "Let's burn the bridge when we get there" instead of "Let's cross the bridge when we get there". I am still not sure what exactly she meant by that. I think she is just trying to make fun of it for all we know. I just thought about it now, it could actually be a little deeper than it initially seemed. I think it's more practical to use up all avenues first before destroying whatever it is that is causing our present problems. It might sound evil but if you are going to measure all the sufferings you have to endure, I say it's about time to love yourself a little. Leave a Reply. |
