That mantra has been the cornerstone of DOA's success. Since its inception, DOA attracts the best local talent from Oregon, Washington, Canada (and beyond) who not only tear it up inside the ring here in the northwest, but also on WWE television and Florida Championship Wrestling, the WWE's developmental promotion.
